Farm Bureau policy development is a grassroots process where every member has an opportunity to participate and voice concerns about issues important to the agriculture industry.

Farm Bureau does not make an arbitrary decision to support or oppose something. All our decisions and actions are based on organizational policies adopted by our members annually at the:

  • Local level - county Farm Bureau
  • State level - Michigan Farm Bureau
  • National level - American Farm Bureau Federation
